The base variant of Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra provides 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, which is priced at Rs 1,29,999 in India. Its 12GB + 512GB variant and 12GB + 1TB storage variants are yet to be revealed. Pre-booking for this has started in India. Under the pre-booking offer, those booking the variants with 256GB storage will get the free 512GB storage variant upgrade.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will also be ship with Android 15-based One UI 7, claiming OS and security updates to users for seven years.
