Taxi service company Uber has launched its new ride service which has been launched exclusively for teenagers. This service has been launched in the name of Uber for Teens. In which 13 to 17 years old teenagers will be able to ride safely. According to the company, parents can also monitor their children’s rides by creating a teens account. Uber has launched its new ride service Uber for Teens which is a special ride booking service brought for teenagers. The ‘Uber for Teens’ service company has just started a few selected cities. These include 37 cities of the country including Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune and Chennai. Talking about the special features of the service, it gets special comfort like GPS tracking, real time tracking and in-app emergency button. With the help of all these features, parents can send their children to a cab ride free.

On the occasion of the service launch, Uber President of India and South Asia said that he knows and understands the challenges faced by the youth and their parents during the cab ride. The company is committed to resolving these challenges through Uber Teins. This is the service of the company on which the parents can rely thoroughly and the youth can make their ride safe and cool.

The consumer survey conducted by Uber revealed that the company should provide a special ride service for teenagers. In the survey, 92% of the parents said that many times they have to face a situation when their young children are unable to travel due to lack of reliable transport systems. Of these, 72 percent of the parents said that they are very concerned about their children’s safety during the ride. 63% of the parents said that they want this type of service for their children’s sports or extra curricular activity. While 61% of parents want such service to school and coaching classes.
